Squamous Cell Carcinoma, R palatine tonsil with L level 2 nodal metastasis

Findings:

Multiple fused PET CT images demonstrate abnormal uptake within left level 2 lymph nodes. The left level 2 lymph node is enlarged. There is subtle asymmetric increased FDG uptake within the right palatine tonsil which is only minimally asymmetric compared to the left side.
