Ganglioglioma

Findings:

Multiple MRI images demonstrate a small complex cystic and solid mass within the medial right temporal lobe. An eccentric mural nodule of enhancement is present. Minimal T2 hyperintensity is identified more anteriorly. The right temporal horn is minimally prominent, but there is no mass effect. No change in this lesion is seen 16 years later.
