Ganglioglioma

Findings:

Multiple MRI images demonstrate a small multi lobulated hypointensity on all sequences projecting exophytically from the medial right temporal lobe. No definite abnormal enhancement is visible. Mild blooming is seen in this region on the susceptibility weighted imaging. There is no surrounding edema.
