Medullary Thyroid Cancer

Findings:

Multiple axial neck CT images with contrast demonstrate a dominant complex cystic and solid mass within the left thyroid lobe with normal appearing included right thyroid lobe. Solid adenopathy is seen more superiorly in the level 3 nodal chain.
