SNUC with perineural tumor spread

Findings:

Multiple contrast enhanced MRI images demonstrate abnormal enhancement within the left pterygomaxillary fissure and foramen rotundum. Abnormal enhancement is present along the inferior margin of the left cavernous sinus. On the T1 precontrast image, there is abnormal infiltration of the left pterygomaxillary fat pad.
