T cell lymphoma, R nasal cavity

Findings:

A relatively homogeneous mass involves the right nasal cavity which demonstrates increased attenuation compared to postobstructive inflammatory disease in the right maxillary sinus. The right medial maxillary wall is partially destroyed. There is partial destruction and demineralization of the nasal septum with the mass slightly bowing to the left of midline. Superimposed inflammatory mucosal thickening is present in the left maxillary sinus.
