Leptomeningeal Carcinomatosis, Breast Cancer

Findings:

Multiple post contrast T1 weighted images demonstrate diffuse nodular leptomeningeal enhancement involving the bilateral cerebral and cerebellar sulci. Nodular zones of abnormal enhancement focally invade the inferior left frontal lobe and anterior left temporal lobe. No significant mass effect is demonstrated.
