Aggressive Hemangioma

Findings:

Sagittal reconstructions of thoracic spine CT demonstrate a striated trabecular pattern involving the T6 vertebral body. The axial images from the study demonstrate abnormal soft tissue in the right paravertebral region with abnormal effacement of epidural fat in the right aspect of the spinal canal. CT myelogram images confirm epidural mass component causing mass effect on the spinal cord and leftward displacement. Soft tissue mass extends from the T6 vertebral body.
