Schwannoma

Findings:

Multiple MRI images demonstrate a large nearly homogeneously enhancing well-defined soft tissue mass in the right paravertebral region at a mid thoracic level. The mass expands the adjacent neuroforamen. Heterogeneous mixed T2 signal is present with zones of heterogeneous hypointensity. The mass is nearly isointense to muscle on T1 weighted pre-contrast imaging.
