CNS Lymphoma

Findings:

Multiple MRI images demonstrate a confluent nodular zone of expansile enhancement within the anterior pons and left cerebral peduncle. The enhancement is relatively homogeneous. Moderate surrounding FLAIR signal alteration is present which extends into the bilateral optic tracts and cerebral peduncles with mild localized mass effect. Additional nodular lesion is seen within the corpus callosum splenium with restricted diffusion. The brainstem mass also demonstrates diffusion restriction.
