Squamous Cell Carcinoma, EAC

Findings:

Temporal bone CT images demonstrate a poorly defined enhancing mass involving the left external auditory canal with associated bone destruction and occlusion of the external auditory canal. The MRI images demonstrate decreased T2 signal and restricted diffusion within the solid mass. The mass is well demarcated from inflammatory disease in the left mastoid region which demonstrates T2 hyperintensity and no diffusion restriction.
