Status Epilepticus

Findings:

Reformatted MRA image demonstrates patent intracranial vasculature. Multiple MRI images demonstrate extensive spotty enhancement of the right cerebral hemispheric cortex. There is no definite signal alteration or restricted diffusion in this region on the other sequences. No mass effect is identified.
