Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Findings:

Multiple neck CT images demonstrate a solid enhancing mass in the preepiglottic supraglottic region which is inseparable from the laryngeal ventricles. The mass infiltrates the preepiglottic fat and a discrete epiglottis is not visible. There is moderate to severe narrowing of the supraglottic airway. Adenopathy along the left carotid sheath is incompletely included. Other submandibular soft tissue nodules are due to volume averaging with the submandibular glands. Soft plaque in the bilateral credit systems is also incompletely included.
