Meningioma, Psammomatous Type

Findings:

Multiple MRI images demonstrate a FLAIR hypointense well-defined mass within the left lateral ventricular atrium. Linear surrounding FLAIR hyperintensity is present and there is moderate enhancement of the lesion which is most prominent along the medial and superior aspects. There is dilation of the left temporal horn due to localized ventricular trapping.
