Meningioma

Findings:

Multiple MRI images demonstrate a very large heterogeneously enhancing extraaxial mass along the midline planum spheniodale and cribriform plate, with moderate surrounding vasogenic edema and severe effacement of the frontal horns. The corpus callosum is displaced posteriorly by the mass. The mass demonstrates restricted diffusion.
