Basal Cell Carcinoma

Findings:

Multiple temporal bone CT images in bone and soft tissue algorithm demonstrate a destructive mass involving the right external auditory canal extending medially to the level of the tympanic membrane and laterally to the level of the skin surface which appears irregular and ulcerated. The mass extensively infiltrates subcutaneous fat to the level of the skin surface. A small amount of superimposed inflammatory disease is present in the right mastoid air cells.
