Dermoid

Findings:

Off midline sagittal MRI images of the cervical spine demonstrate a well-defined T2 hypointense and T1 hyperintense mass at the CP angle cistern with no definite abnormal nodular enhancement. Mild localized mass effect is present with no definite vasogenic edema included.
