Recurrent Epidermoid

Findings:

Multiple MRI images demonstrate postoperative changes of left suboccipital craniotomy. A multi lobulated signal abnormality with mass effect involves the left posterior fossa, causing distortion of the fourth ventricle. The lesion is slightly hypointense to CSF on T2 weighted imaging and demonstrates no significant hemorrhagic staining. The diffusion weighted images demonstrate extensive diffusion restriction of the left posterior fossa nonenhancing mass.
