Epidermoid

Findings:

Multiple MRI images demonstrate a small nonenhancing mass within the left pontomedullary cistern with diffusion restriction demarcated by the arrow. The finding is hypointense on FIESTA imaging and slightly hyperintense on FLAIR, not well visualized on axial postcontrast T1 a d T2 fat saturated images.
