CAPNON

Findings:

Multiple MRI images demonstrate a well-defined multi lobulated mass within the left choroidal fissure. The mass is predominately hypointense on all sequences with mild patchy internal enhancement. Minimal subtle FLAIR signal alteration is present along the posterior margin of the lesion with no significant mass effect. It is difficult to determine whether the lesion is intraaxial or extraaxial, but could be exophytic extending from the medial temporal lobe.
