Right Mesial Temporal Sclerosis

Findings:

MRI seizure protocol images demonstrate asymmetric volume loss and T2 FLAIR hyperintensity within the right hippocampus. Off midline T2 weighted images more optimally demonstrate the asymmetric volume loss and hyperintensity of the right hippocampus.
