Anaplastic Oligodendroglioma
Findings:
A large wedge shaped mass appears fairly well defined on this series of MR images, with marked heterogeneous signal characteristics and small nodular zones of abnormal enhancement. Multiple zones of patchy marked decreased T2 signal are present within the lesion, along with several small cystic zones. The lesion causes moderate mass effect with midline shift and effacement of the left frontal horn.
