Wegener's granulomatosis involving the dura.
Findings:
Multiple MR images demonstrate thick dural enhancement over both convexities, which is most prominent over the tentorium. A remote right occipital infarct is present. Six months later in the absence of specific therapy, the dural enhancement has essentially resolved.
