Acute infarct, left MCA distribution
Findings:
Axial CT images demonstrate asymmetric hyperdensity of the left middle cerebral artery M2 division. Diffusion weighted images confirm diffusion restriction within the left frontal operculum and centrum semiovale. The MRA image demonstrates focal high-grade stenosis of the posterior division left M2.
