Histoplasmosis
Findings:
A poorly defined irregular left supraclavicular mass is associated with patchy peripheral enhancement and central zones of decreased signal on post contrast imaging. Faint calcifications are present within this lesion on the CT images, with slight increased uptake on PET.
Discussion:
Broad differential diagnosis including lymphoma and nodal mets, but presence of calcification and only low level uptake should raise suspicion for granulomatous disease.
