Hypervascular Clival Meningioma

Findings:

A multilobulated hypervascular extraaxial mass is present in the prepontine cistern. The mass causes significant displacement of the brainstem and obstructive hydrocephalus. Multiple large vessels extend around the mass. There is no definite clival destruction, but there is marrow signal alteration in the region. The mass demonstrates heterogeneous isointensity on T2 weighted imaging and encases the left internal carotid without significant narrowing.
