Corpus Callosum Hypoplasia and Lipoma

Findings:

The corpus callosum is hypoplastic measuring 4.7 cm AP dimension. A thin lipoma extends along the superior surface of the corpus callosum which measures approximately 4.3 cm AP, 5 mm sagittal, and 13 mm craniocaudal. Sulcation along the left sylvian fissure is slightly asymmetric raising the possibility of underlying subtle cortical dysplasia. There is mild colpocephaly and small size of the bilateral frontal horns.

Discussion/Differential Diagnosis:

For additional discussion refer to:

-callosal agenesis with lipoma
