Meningioma, Olfactory groove and Planum

Findings:

In the midline, there is an enhancing extra-axial mass measuring 2.7 cm AP by 2.6 cm transversely by 1.7 cm craniocaudally, consistent with an olfactory groove meningioma. There is mild T2/FLAIR hyperintense signal in the adjacent left inferior frontal lobe due to vasogenic edema. The CT shows smooth hyperostosis of the planum sphenoidale.
